Shipping and Exchange Policy
|Delivery Policy Within Hongkong|
|We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, parts of New Territories, and the Outlying Islands and have a standard fee depending on the weight of the item. Some parts of New Territories and the Outlying Islands may not be available for delivery and we will inform you prior to the completion of your order if this is the case.|
|Delivery charges are as follows:
|Free delivery for any purchases over HK$780
|For purchases less than HK$780 the following charges shall apply -|
|• There is a HK$40 delivery charge (0 - 5 kilos)
• There is a HK$20 delivery charge (Up to 0.5 kilos)
• There is a HK$35 delivery charge (0.5 - 5 kilos)
|Orders will arrive within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) following processing of payment (but subject always to stock availability). This estimated dispatch time is indicative only and does not form part of your contract with us.|
|Deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday and all orders will need to be signed for - we therefore recommend that you specify a business address for delivery. If there is no one to receive or sign upon delivery, a fee of HK$35 will be charged for next delivery requested. Please ensure the name of the recipient and address is correct. Copa Cabbana takes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in any delivery information you provide to us.|
|Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and orders specifying delivery to a PO Box address will not be accepted.|
Copa Cabbana is not responsible for damage after delivery.
|Delivery Policy - international customers
We ship internationally. Copa Cabbana uses Hongkong Post and all product(s) will be sent by registered mail. HongKong Post price will vary from country to county and product(s) and will be quoted upon processing of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS UP TO 1 KILO AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME. We do intend to increase the limit in the near future. However, if you do wish to order more then 1 Kilo please contact Info@copacabbana.com
|Please note delivery time does vary from country to country. An estimated time of arrival will be provided to you upon confirmation of your order but you acknowledge and agree that such estimate is indicative only and does not form part of your contract with us.|
Copa Cabbana is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products, nor will we be responsible for any delays in the receipt of any orders due to any customs or equivalent procedures in the country of the delivery location. The purchaser remains responsible for any charges and fees incurred or levied by any customs or equivalent authority in relation to any order.
|Products sold may not be refunded. Any exchanges shall be made in accordance with this section.|
|Any sale, used, opened or damaged products cannot be exchanged at any time. All other products may not be exchanged unless faulty.|
|Please inform Copa Cabbana by calling +852 28828842 or by e-mail to Info@copacabbana.com from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Hong Kong time). Products returned without being reported first to Copa Cabbana will not be accepted and we accept no responsibility in relation thereto.|
|Product(s) that are returned for exchange with our approval must be returned within 7 days of notification for Hong Kong orders and within 10 days of notification for international orders. The original receipt and at the buyer’s expense. Copa Cabbana has the right not to exchange any item if we consider in our absolute discretion that the item has been opened, used or tampered with in any way. Product(s) must be returned in the same packaging that it was delivered in.|
|Please indicate which item you would like to exchange the product with. It will take between one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed. We will issue a product exchange credit once the item has been received and inspected.|
|We advise that you send your product(s) being exchanged by registered mail or courier in order to keep track of your items. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay in relation items being returned to us. Shipping/handling costs charged in relation to exchanged items are non refundable and items can only be changed once.|
|Copa Cabbana is not responsible for damage after delivery.|
Copa Cabbana reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
|We reserve the right to update and make changes to these Shipping and exchange policy at any time. Your continued use of this website (or any part of it) following any update or change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
